AUTO-PAY IS HERE!As a continuing effort to provide our ratepayers with the most efficient service possible, the Washington Water Service Company is now offering our customers an automated payment process option for paying your water utility bills.Customers who enroll in Auto-Pay will continue to receive a monthly billing statement by mail, but the amount due will be automatically deducted from your checking account on or shortly after your due date. Please note that Auto-Pay is currently only available to customers who live on systems that are owned by Washington Water Service Company. Customers on our managed systems should continue to make their payments via check or cash in the self-addressed envelope included with their bills. If you are unsure whether you are on an owned or managed system please call our office for assistance. We hope that you will consider signing up for the "Auto-Pay" Plan.
