Mirrormont water service update

Over the next few days, Mirrormont customers may notice that their water has a chlorine smell. This is an aesthetic issue caused by temporary chlorination of your water.

Chlorine was added to your water as a precautionary measure after the March 15 power outage as we awaited results from water samples collected Sunday night and again on Monday. These samples were collected to confirm that no contamination was introduced into the water supply during this low-pressure event. We are pleased to report that all test results were satisfactory.

Water service has been restored for our Mirrormont customers. The outage was due to a power failure, but crews were able to restore power using our generator. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
