Water Quality Reports Available for Washington

Washington Water customers can now review their annual Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), which detail information about the quality of their local water supply, at wawater.com/ccr.

Importantly, the reports confirm that Washington Water met all primary and secondary federal and state drinking water quality standards in 2025. They also include information on local water supplies, testing, regulations, and current water quality-related hot topics. Customers without internet access may request a copy from their local Washington Water office.

“Delivering safe, clean, reliable drinking water is our top priority,” said Matt Brown, General Manager of Washington Water. “We treat and test the water to meet regulatory standards and monitor emerging requirements, so customers can have confidence in the water they use every day.”

Washington Water supports water quality through:

  • Testing for more than 150 contaminants for which state and federal standards have been set.
  • Investments in treatment technologies and infrastructure to remove contaminants from source water.
  • Ongoing maintenance and upgrades to pumps, tanks, pipes, and other water system infrastructure.
