Indoor Rebates
To apply for any of the below rebates, complete the Commercial Indoor Rebate Application 
and return it by mail.
High-efficiency toilet rebate
Amount: Up to $100
Eligible Devices: Devices from these lists: Tank type device list , Valve/bowl combination device list
High-Efficiency Toilets (HETs) are defined as fixtures that flush at 20% below the 1.6-gallons-per-flush (gpf) U.S. maximum or less, equating to a maximum of 1.28-gpf. (The HET category includes dual-flush toilets). New toilet must be replacing an existing toilet that flushes at 3.5 gpf or greater. High-efficiency urinal rebate
Amount: Up to $150
Eligible Devices: High-efficiency urinal device list
High-efficiency urinals use less water than traditional urinals and include non-water urinals. New urinal must flush at .125 gpf or less and be replacing an existing urinal that flushes at 1 gpf or greater. See the rebate application for additional restrictions and qualifications.
Outdoor Rebates
To apply for any of the below rebates, complete the Commerial Outdoor Rebate Application and return it by mail.
Smart irrigation controller rebate
Amount: Up to $25 per station
Eligible Devices: Smart irrigation controller device list
Smart irrigation controllers automatically adjust their watering schedule in response to changing weather conditions. See the rebate application for restrictions and qualifications.
High-efficiency sprinkler nozzle rebate
Amount: Up to $5 per nozzle
Eligible Devices: High-efficiency sprinkler nozzle device list
High-efficiency sprinkler nozzles save water by applying water more slowly and uniformly, minimizing run-off. See the rebate application for additional restrictions and qualifications.
Large rotary nozzle rebate
Amount: Up to $30 per nozzle (material). Up to $8 per body (installation, if installed by C-27 contractor).
Eligible Devices: Large rotary nozzle device list
Large rotary nozzles improve distribution uniformity while controlling head-to-head pressure variations and misting.
Spray body with integrated pressure regulation and check valve rebate
Amount: Up to $10 per body (material)
Up to $8 per body (installation, if installed by C-27 contractor)
Eligible Devices: Spray body device list
Spray bodies with integrated pressure regulation and check valves save water by providing optimal pressure and minimizing loss of water through low-head drainage. See the rebate application for additional restrictions and qualifications.
