Project Details

Washington Water has contracted Lee Anderson Construction and Electric Systems LLC to construct a Iron, Manganese, and Arsenic removal treatment system at the Foss Road wellsite. This project will begin the second week of March and will be ongoing until mid-June. The project will be contained within the wellsite property. During construction you will see crews on site and work vehicles moving in and out of the property.

You will notice construction noise in the work area while crews are on site each day. Work will begin at 7:30am and should be wrapped up each day by 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, barring any emergencies. Work vehicles and equipment will be parked on-site and will not impact access along Treefarm and Craig Lane; however, residents should plan for extra time and pay attention to where crews are working to allow safe access around the work site. Please avoid the work area when possible.
